At Body Bagged Pickleball, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring your complete satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, our goal is to make the return process as simple as possible.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the purchase date for a full refund.
2. Return Process
Initiate a Return: Contact us at bodybaggedpickleball@gmail.com or call 707-340-0158 within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.
Pack and Ship: Carefully pack the item(s), including all original packaging, accessories, and tags. Use a secure shipping method. We recommend a trackable shipping service for your protection.
Inspection and Refund: After receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they are in original condition. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
3. Conditions for Returns
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging.
Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at bodybaggedpickleball@gmail.com or call 707-340-0158. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
